Artefact III for solo Kontraforte co-created with composer Faidra Chafta-Douka

This piece is semi-improvised and graphically notated using a notation system developed by Faidra and myself, and involves process as a core element. Through researching how contraforte responds to different intentions (pressure increases, changing internal space, micro-movements of keys, not listening/observing all sound and many other ways), we organised these processes to create a piece that explores the extremes of the Kontraforte.
