Marcin Domagała was born in Katowice Poland and studied at The Karol Szymankowski Academy of Music in Katowice, The Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, The Zurich University of The Arts and The Bern University of The Arts where under the tutelage of Ernesto Molinari he focused on contemporary music. Besides studies Marcin took part in masterclasses given by Sabine Meyer, Michael Collins, Mark Nuccio, Nicholas Cox, Martin Spangenberg, Antonio Saiote, Nuno Pinto, Igor Frantisak, Karel Dohnal etc. As a tutor he gave masterclass in Serbia in 2016. During the studies he collaborated with many orchestras, such as: Sednai Philharmonic Orchestra; National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra; Silesian Operhouse; Silesian Philharmonic etc. As a soloist, orchestra or chamber ensemble member, he has performed in Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Germany, Norway, Serbia and Japan. His wide repertoire consists of classical, romantic, 20th century, as well as contemporary music works.
