Sävellyspaja 2023 International Composition Masterclass & Workshop

Next summer (from June 26 to July 1, 2023), the International Sävellyspaja Composition Masterclass will be organized by the Sävellyspaja-yhdistys ry. The teachers are Jukka Tiensuu and Tomi Räisänen. For the workshop concert, each participant will write a new composition. Avanti! Chamber Orchestra will perform the new works in a public concert as part of the Avanti! Summer Sounds Festival in Porvoo, Finland. The selected participants will receive the detailed instrumentation and composing task later. The event is aimed mainly at professional students in composition. The participation fee is 395€.
