Next summer (June 24-30, 2024), the International Sävellyspaja Composition Masterclass will be organized by the Sävellyspaja-yhdistys ry. The teachers are Jukka Tiensuu and Tomi Räisänen. For the workshop concert, each participant will write a new composition. Avanti! Chamber Orchestra will perform the new works in a public concert as part of the Avanti! Summer Sounds Festival in Porvoo, Finland. The selected participants will receive the detailed instrumentation and composing task later.
