How can environmental awareness and sustainable perspectives open new pathways in creative practice?
Ultima Oslo Contemporary Music Festival, Nordic Music Days and Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival invites composers and sound artists to a three day digital meetup featuring lectures and a workshop by inspiring facilitators — performer and composer Joana Sá, scenographer Silje Sandodden Kise and sound artist Kathy Hinde — focusing on ecological consciousness, sustainable material choices, flexible formats, and digital collaboration methods within music and sound art.
The digital forum organised by ULYSSES Platform will feature presentations by music and technology researcher Bilge Serdar Göksülük and curator and flutist Bjørnar Habbestad.
The event will be held in English. Participation is free, but requires registration.
