Quartet to the glory of Krishna

Live vegetarian with loving kindness and compassion for all sentient beings, do not sin, purify your heart and your mind, meditate, live peacefully with a peaceful mind, speak truth, do not lie, give liberally to the ones who are in need and who ask of you if you can, help the poor and affliceted, do good and abstain from doing bad, form is emptiness, emptiness is form and so it is with all aggregates of existence, there is no self, all is empty, impermanent and selfless, there are no sentient beings, Nirvana is liberation from the cycles of suffering of Samsara, attain it to not suffer anymore seeing that all is impermanent, Krishna is the Supreme God of all gods, Om.
